DXS2545 Impeller Bucket Wheel Wind Wheel Type Sand Washer

During operation of the wheel sand washer, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the coordinated work of the V-belt, reducer, and gear after deceleration. Sand and gravel enter the washing tank through the feed chute, tumble under the impeller's drive, and grind against each other to remove impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel. At the same time, it achieves preliminary separation and dewatering of sand and water. Additionally, water is added during equipment operation to form a water vortex, which carries away impurities and lightweight foreign materials, discharging them from the overflow outlet of the washing tank, completing a full cleaning process. The washed sand and gravel are carried away by the rotation of the wheel sand washer's impeller and finally poured into the discharge chute from the rotating impeller, completing the cleaning and retrieval process.
